- Google user data and Handy Address Book: When using the optional feature to sync your Handy Address Book with Google you will be requested to give Handy permission to access your Google contact data.
When you grant access to your Google contact data, Handy will access your Google contacts only when performing a sync with Google.
When you choose to do a "2 Way Sync" or a "Handy Overwrites Google" sync, Handy can modify your Google contact data in order to complete the sync operation requested.
When you choose to do a "Google Overwrites Handy" sync, none of your Google contact data will be modified.
When you do a "2 Way Sync" or "Google Overwrites Handy" sync your Google contact data will be used to update your Handy Address Book, and the data will be stored in your currently opened data file.
The location and filename of your currently opened Handy book can be found under "File / Properties...".
Your Google contact data is not stored anywhere besides your Handy Address Book data file.
Your Google contact data is not shared with Beiley Software or any other party, it is only used to update Handy Address Book on the PC you are syncing with.
Your Google contact data is not accessed or used in any other way than described above.
- Google user data and Remind-Me: When using the optional feature to sync your Remind-Me calendar with Google you will be requested to give Remind-Me permission to access your Google calendar data.
When you grant access to your Google calendar data, Remind-Me will access your Google calendar only when performing a sync with Google.
