Active To-Do List has powerful and flexible printing capabilities.  The print preview feature allows you to verify what will be printed before printing.

The following print styles are supported:

• List - Prints tasks in a list format, as they appear in your Task List.
• Details - Prints all available fields for each task in a report format.

To print, use the File/Print... command on the main menu.

From the Print dialog you can choose which printer to use, and adjust the printer options.  You can also select a print style.  To adjust the settings for a printing style, select it from Print Style list and choose the Page Setup... button.  In the Print Range section choose whether the selected or displayed tasks will be printed.
