Printing options for the Details style printing are set from the Page Setup - Details Style dialog. This dialog can be accessed from either the File/Page Setup/Details Style... menu command, or from within the Print dialog.
This print style prints tasks in a report format. All recorded fields will be printed.
The following options are available for details style printing:
Paper Size |
Choose the size of the paper you want to print on. |
Paper Source |
Select which paper tray the paper you want to print on is located. |
Fonts - Display... |
Choose the fonts and colors for printing. These are the same settings used for the List View and Notes Window. You can select the Print in Black and White option to just print in black and white instead. |
Fonts - Footer... |
Choose the font and color for the footer. The footer is optionally printed at the bottom of each page. A sample of how the footer text will appear is shown to the right of this button. |
Margins |
Enter the number of inches from each edge of the paper for margins. |
Orientation |
Choose Portrait or Landscape printing. Portrait printing places the longest dimension of the paper vertically. Landscape printing has the longest dimension of the paper horizontally. |
Options - Print Footer |
Select this option to print footers. Footers will display the name of the to-do list file, page numbers, and the current date. |
Options - Start Each Task On A New Page |
Select this option to always begin each task on a new page. With this option turned off the next task will begin below the prior task, possibly on the same page. |
Options - Prevent Splitting Tasks Across A Page |
This option prevents starting a task below the prior task if it will be split across pages. Instead, the task will start at the top of the next page. This option is only available when the option to "Start Each Task On A New Page" is not selected. |
