After purchasing, do I get a new download?

No, you still use the same download from the evaluation period.  You simply enter the license key you receive into the program.  You enter the license key into the program under "Help / Enter License Key...", and this enables the licensed version.  There is only 1 version of the program.  The same version is used for the evaluation and after purchasing by adding the license key.  If you have not already downloaded the program, you can get it from the download page.
