How can I restore files from a backup?

You can restore files from either your uncompressed or compressed backups.  Safe Data Backup is not needed in order to do any restore operation.

Uncompressed Restore
To restore any files/folders from your uncompressed backup use your favorite file copying program, such as Windows Explorer.  Copy the files/folders you want to restore from the backup destination, back to their original locations, or any alternate location you want.

Compressed Restore
To restore any files/folder from a compressed backup use your favorite unzipping utility, such as WinZip or Windows Explorer.  The compressed ZIP files are standard ZIP files that can be opened with any unzipping program.
