This dialog allows you to customize which data fields (and in which order) are printed in the body section of the booklet and small book print styles. To access this dialog press the Printed Body Fields... button from within the Page Setup - Booklet Style or Page Setup - Small Book Style dialogs.
To include a data field in the booklet, place a check mark next to that field. To re-order the fields, select a field, and choose the Move Up or Move Down buttons. To restore the program defaults, select the Reset button.
