The task properties dialog has 4 pages: General, Alarm, Repeat, and Display. The Alarm tab has the following options for a task:

Message Window |
Turn on this alarm action to display a popup window at the specified alarm date and time. |

Play Sound |
Plays the specified sound file at the alarm date and time. You can select any .WAV file by using the "Browse..." button. Press the "Test" button to play this sound file now. |

Send Email To |
Sends a reminder email to the specified recipients at the alarm date and time. You can specify multiple recipients by separating each email address with a comma. Choose the "Configure..." button to specify how the emails will be sent in the Email Configuration dialog. Press the "Test" button to send a test email using the current settings. |

Run Program |
Run any Windows program at the specified alarm date and time. Use the "Browse..." button to find the program you want to run. Use the "Test" button to run this program now. |

Specify a date and time to activate any enabled alarms. |
