Why is my data safer when I use remote backup?

The remote backup feature in Safe Data Backup stores your backup at a different geographical location than your original data.  This helps protect your data against extreme accidents, such as fire, floods, etc at the physical location of your original data.

Making local backups is a very good first step towards a robust backup strategy.  Adding remote backups extends your protection.
