About Printing

Handy Address Book has several powerful and flexible printing capabilities. The Print Preview feature allows you to verify what will be printed before printing.

The following print styles are supported:

List - Prints addresses in a list format, as they appear in your Address List.
Details - Prints all available fields for each address in a report format.
Booklet - Prints addresses in a booklet format.
Small Book - Prints a compact, double sided book created by cutting/folding.
Envelope - Print mailing addresses on an envelope.
Label - Print address labels, or any other type of label.

To print, use the File/Print... command on the main menu.

From the Print dialog you can choose which printer to use, and adjust the printer options. You can also select a print style. To adjust the settings for a printing style, select it from Print Style list and choose the Page Setup... button. In the Print Range section choose which addresses will be printed.

In the Print Job section choose the number of copies to print, and which pages to print. When selecting "Specified Page(s):" enter in which pages to print. You can specify a particular page number, multiple pages separated by commas (e.g. 1,3,6), or a page range using a dash (e.g. 3-8).
