Printing options for the Label style printing are set from the Page Setup - Label Style dialog. This dialog can be accessed from either the File/Page Setup/Label Style... menu command, or from within the Print dialog.
This print style is for printing mailing addresses on labels.
The following options are available for label style printing:
Paper Source |
Select which paper tray the labels you want to print on are located. |
Label - Brand |
Select the manufacturer of your labels. All of the available label types from this manufacturer will be listed in the Product list. |
Label - Product |
Choose the specific product for your labels. The details of the selected label product are shown in the Label Details section of this dialog. |
Edit Custom Labels... |
Define your own custom labels. To use this feature, first select "Custom" from the "Label - Brand" selection box. |
Font - Label... |
Choose the font and color for the label. A sample of how the label text will appear is shown to the right of this button. |
Label Details |
Shows dimension and other specific information on the selected label product. |
Options |
Select the Printed Fields... button to select which fields will be printed on the label. (more info) Select the Image... button to specify an optional picture to print on your labels. Also, specify if you would like the Delivery Point Barcode printed above your mailing address. The Delivery Point Barcode will only be printed if the mailing address is within the United States. Enter a distance from the left edge of the label to where the printing should start. This distance is in inches. The default is 1/8th of an inch, but you may want to increase it if your label has decorations covering the left part of the label. |
